[yesterday] what i learned: “dialogue” means different things to different people. government treats us to lunch, pretends to listen, and leaves in less than hour claiming there are “lives at stake”. some think it’s a mere ventilation of fears and frustrations. some think it’s a stage for song and poetry and motherhood statements. some think it’s a venue for validation of preconceptions and perceptions and pre-made plans. some as a platform to repeat religious rhetoric. let’s get our “selfless” acts together for the #zamboanga we all love. #dialogue #peace #prayforzamboanga #prayforpeace (at AFP Western Mindanao Command)
