finally found the time to watch this. what can i say, i’m a big fan of the books by #TerryBrooks and the tv series is an adaptation of my favorite (“the elfstones of shannara”, the second book from the original trilogy). 😍
of course, it goes without saying that i liked the book better. although, i❤eretria. hahaha! (“,) i can’t wait for the reaper to make an appearance. that demon gave me goosebumps. and nightmares. 😰
p.s. i think, to truly appreciate the tv adaptation, you must have at least read "the sword of shannara”, the first book in the series to help you fill-in some gaps. you might as well read the prequel, too: “the first king of shannara”. so, here you go, sago. 😁 (at The Aerie)
