i will not allow you to give up.

you work on it.
fight for it.
live to the brink of dying for it.

because that is what you want.
because that is what will make you happy.
because that is what will give you peace.

    i'm tired fighting for it.
    i live to live.

    what is it that i want now? strength.
    what is it that i have now?
    hope.
    what is it that i have finally come to terms with now? that it's over.

    and finally, i am given peace.
